Where are you located ?

  • We are US based company, and we ship all the products from Phoenix, Arizona with USPS.

Do you deliver products Internationally?

  • Yes. We ship worldwide!

 

When will you ship my items? 

  • All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. Normally 1 - 3 business days. Plus 3 - 7 business days to arrive. Please note that due to Corona Pandemic, sometimes the delivery can be longer. Depends on your location, which carrier we use to ship the product and the location we ship from. Normally the products will arrive sooner. 
  • We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
  • Once your item has been shipped, you will be given tracking details in the email.
  • Please allow 1 - 3 business days after receiving the tracking code for the system to fully function. 

 

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, you will receive the shipment tracking information by email as soon as your product is shipped.

 

Why the tracking number you provided doesn't work?

If your order has just shipped, please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display on the respective tracking site. It usually takes 2 to 4 days after the items have been shipped for the tracking information to properly reflect in the system. If you get invalid tracking details, check back again in a couple of days. 

What can I do if my order hasn't arrived in the estimated delivery time?

  • Please contact postal service in your country to follow up on tracking information.
  • We guarantee you for protecting your purchase from click to delivery. If your order does not arrive within estimated delivery time please contact our support at info@rylide.com  (We normally answer in 24-48 hours)
  • Note: we are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out.

How do I place an order?

Simply choose your style from the drop-down menu on the product page, then click »Add to Cart« button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We'll prepare your order and send you a tracking number.

 

What are the payment options available?

Currently, we support Credit card Payments & PayPal Payments.

 

Is your website secure with my personal information?

How do I check the status of my order?

You can track your order status on our ORDER STATUS page.

  

I've picked a wrong size/color. Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we might be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care, and we'll try to make it right for you.

 

I've put a wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

No, We won't be able to change your shipping address once you complete your order. If we have not shipped out your order, and you contact us with email, we are still able to change the address. Please contact us in 24 hours after you made the purchase to info@rylide.com

 

Is the product same as photo?

Yes, all photos are real. Please note that due to the light and screen difference, the item's color may be slightly different from the image.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

What is your refund policy?

If for any reason you want to return your item / your item is arrived defective / you received a different item than what you ordered, please contact us at info@rylide.com  - We give a 100% guarantee for a refund or resend the product.

Please note that we do not refund shipping cost of the original order.
