1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

This allows us to provide reliable delivery times and consistent tracking for every order.


2. How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time:
5–8 business days after your order is processed.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.


3. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your delivery through the official USPS tracking system.

4. What exactly is included in each kit?

Each kit includes 4 sheets with numbers 0–9 repeated, totaling 40 numbers per kit.

  • Single Location Set: 1 kit (40 numbers)

  • Recommended Set: 2 kits (80 numbers)

  • Best Value Set: 3 kits (120 numbers)

Most homes choose the Recommended Set for a front door and mailbox.


5. Are the numbers easy to install?

Yes. Installation is simple and requires no tools.

Just peel, stick, and press. The vinyl adhesive is designed to hold securely on clean, flat surfaces.


6. Are the numbers weatherproof?

Yes. Our vinyl house numbers are made to withstand sun, rain, and everyday outdoor conditions.

They are designed for long-term outdoor use on doors, mailboxes, and exterior surfaces.


7. Can I change or cancel my order?

You can request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.

After this time, orders may already be in processing and changes may not be possible.


8. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy.

If you’re not satisfied with your order, contact us at info@rylide.com and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Items must be returned in unused condition.


9. What if I receive the wrong or a damaged item?

If there’s an issue with your order, email us at info@rylide.com with your order number and a photo of the problem.

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.


10. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers to protect your personal and financial information.
