Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, as these are paid to our shipping partners when your order is fulfilled.

  • In original condition

  • Returned with original packaging

This ensures the product can be properly inspected upon return.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@rylide.com with:

  • Your order number or

  • The email address used at checkout

We’ll reply with return instructions and the correct return address.
Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Order Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location.

Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to redirect packages. If a delivery fails and the package is returned, it will be processed according to our return policy.
