Return & Refund Policy:
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable as these costs are incurred when fulfilling your order.
Eligibility for Refund:
To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with the original packaging intact.
How to Start a Return:
To begin the return process, contact us at info@rylide.com. We’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please include your order number or the email address used during purchase. We’d also appreciate your feedback about the product and the reason for the return.
Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@rylide.com. We’ll review the issue and offer a prompt solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations & Modifications:
We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed and shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
As our products ship directly from our international warehouses, delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination. We are unable to redirect packages once shipped. If delivery fails, the package will be returned to our fulfillment center and processed as a return.
